Emperatriz is a late ripening red table grape with trace seeds bred by Prof. Gargiulo in Argentina. It has a very long growing season with low yield potential. Vitis vinifera, a cross of Emporer and Sultana the selected clone for data analysis was Emperatriz FSAC. The prime name of this variety is Emperatriz. This variety is grown in Chile.
